This striking piece of jewelry by Navajo artist Freddy Charley can be worn either as a pendant or pin. The sun kachina at the top is 2 inches in diameter, the dangling turquoise part is 1-1/2 inches long and 1 inch across. Altogether, the pendant is 3-1/2 inches long. The turquoise stone is very fine with brown and black matrix. Signed on both pieces, this is a fine example of Navajo silversmithing.
