Vintage Navajo Guild Silver Sandcast Scroll Design Bracelet
The Navajo Arts and Crafts Guild was started in 1939 at Ft. Wingate to support current and emerging silversmiths. These pieces can be identified by the horned moon stamp. Often but not always, the word "Navajo" is added to the stamp. This is an excellent of an early sandcast bracelet that was then filed, sanded, and polished. This represented a considerable effort by the artist. It is 1-5/8 inches wide. The inside measurement is 5-1/2 inches with a 1 inch gap, for a total diameter of 6-1/2 inches.
